Data Usage

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This page describes what data Tarkov Raiders HQ uses, why we use it, where it is stored, and how long we keep it. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains your rights and how to contact us.

Most features work without an account. When you sign in, selected data syncs to our cloud database (our database) so you can access it on other devices. We do not sell your personal information and do not use your data for advertising profiles.

Retention

  • Account & synced data — kept while your account exists. Clear per-mode progress from Profile → Account, or permanently delete your account from Profile → Account → Delete account.
  • Chats — kept until deleted by participants or on account deletion, subject to short provider backups.
  • Feedback & teamkill reports — kept to operate and moderate those features; deletion on request where feasible.
  • Browser-only data — on your device until you clear site data. Logs folder access and derived raid summaries can also be removed via Logs → Clear.
  • PMC profile cache — short-lived on our server for performance.
  • Analytics & server logs — limited periods per Google and Railway defaults.

We use service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Google Analytics — optional aggregate analytics (with consent)
