These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tarkov Raiders HQ at tarkovraiders.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
About the service
Tarkov Raiders HQ is a free, unofficial fan-made companion for Escape from Tarkov. It provides quest tracking, maps, guides, calculators, chats, and related tools. We are not affiliated with Battlestate Games and do not provide official game support.
Accounts
- Creating an account is optional. Many features work entirely in your browser without signing in.
- Sign-in is available via Discord (primary) or legacy email/password for older accounts.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and choose a username that follows our community standards (no impersonation, hate speech, or abusive names).
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or community.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
- Send abusive, threatening, or spam messages through chats or feedback.
- Submit false teamkill reports or impersonate other players.
- Attempt to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal personal use.
- Upload malware or abusive content through feedback or community features.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Battlestate Games, other players, or site staff.
- Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or abuse API endpoints.
User content and synced data
Progress, profile settings, chat messages, group data, feedback, teamkill reports, and other information you save or submit remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to operate the site (for example, syncing quest progress to your account or showing messages to conversation participants).
Community-facing submissions (such as teamkill reports) may be visible to other visitors. Do not submit content you are not allowed to share.
Intellectual property
Escape from Tarkov, related names, logos, and assets are trademarks and copyrights of Battlestate Games. Game data and wiki content may come from community sources and remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. Site design, code, and original presentation are owned by the site operator unless otherwise noted.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Game data may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect after patches. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or preservation of synced data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (which is zero for free use).
Third-party links and services
The site links to and relies on third parties (Discord, Supabase, tarkov.dev, wiki sites, analytics, and hosting). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your GDPR/UK GDPR rights. By using the site you acknowledge that policy.
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
